ACH Payment Fee Has Been Waived

In an effort to streamline the payment process and comply with the shelter in place mandate in Travis County, we have removed the $3 ACH fee when bank payments are made online through ePayPolicy.

When possible, please utilize the ACH feature to make payments as we will be notified immediately of your payment. Our employees are working from home and are happy to respond with any questions or concerns.
